| These days the younger generation, (that
| |
| | I want to be entertained NOW!, seems to
|
| is basically anyone under 30, seems to
| |
| | be their motto. From computers, to video
|
| expect that all you have to do in life to
| |
| | games, from DVD's to movies to TV
|
| be entertained is to push a button or
| |
| | programmes on 300 odd channels in your
|
| press a remote, and all your
| |
| | own bedroom. Unless it's available at a
|
| entertainment needs are met.
| |
| | moment's notice it's to long to wait for
|
| But what about the old fashioned
| |
| | it.
|
| entertainments? Fishing, gardening,
| |
| | Yet this generation is the one that we
|
| walking, picnicking, BBQ's, swimming,
| |
| | have helped bring into the world. So I
|
| bushwalking, keeping a pet or fish tank,
| |
| | guess the blame has to sit at least
|
| feeding the birds or other wild animals,
| |
| | partly with us older people. The one's
|
| playing a board or card game etc. It all
| |
| | who can still remember doing these sorts
|
| seems to be lost to the younger
| |
| | of things before TV and video games were
|
| generation.
| |
| | the norm.
